The stitching is good, it feels sturdy. The color of the leather is matter black, with a tasteful gloss in the logo. Its presented as a book, with the layered protection as one thick 'page' in the middle sheathed in what feels like vinyl. Bullet Blocker thought ahead and included an elastic band sewed to the bottom and tops to keep the wallet closed. The best feature besides the bulletproof one is the front pocket. Brilliant.
