I must have made a mistake when I ordered. I thought I had purchased the Leather Western Vest. What I received was the fleece vest. The fleece is a very light material, I question if it would hold up to everyday wear and tear. Having decades of experience with ballistic vest as a LEO, retired now. The vest will do for the one time civilian use I intend it for, the burial of a close friend's ashes along the US-Mexican boarder. The Sheriff in the area instructed we should be armed when we go as the area isn't safe. I hope to get in and out without incident but want to be well equipped if things get difficult.
