great products/shipping took forever

I got the backpack insert, wallet, and kitty self defense keychain. Products were as described and seem high quality. Shipping took forever, (several weeks) but I got an awesome unexpected gift, maybe because I called and complained. Customer service was great, when I called someone answered right away. Same lady answered both times I called. No automated system, a real live English speaking American. Will purchase from again and recommend to others. Just keep in mind the slow shipping when you order.
