I purchased an Item on June 17, it started shipping by end of July.. and until now, I have not received the Item, although it arrived on the first week of August, 2017 (international parcel).
I have been informed of the status of the item, but was also informed that after it arrives on destination country, your team will not be able to do anything about it.
I understood that I paid for the shipping, and that the payment is shipping into my designated address. Thus, the responsibility of your delivery service therefore is until it reaches my doorstep and not the designated country.
You USPS service should be thorough until the item has been delivered to the owner.
